First, book a call with us HERE. On the call we will ask questions to learn about your business and your needs so that we can tailor a solution for you. After signing an engagement letter and paying for your first month of service, we will walk you through our onboarding process.
Nope! No contract is required. However, we do require that you sign our engagement letter that includes our terms and conditions. Payment will be due at the beginning of any services rendered. We can discuss more about what is required on our discovery call.
Yes. Our team must use Quickbooks Online in order to handle the bookkeeping at our current pricing. Versions – Simple Start, Essentials, Plus, or Advanced are all acceptable and dependent upon your individual business needs. Quickbooks Self Employed is not acceptable. If you have a current subscription, you are ahead of the game. No need to get another subscription. If you do not currently have a subscription, we will walk you through getting set up. Payment for Quickbooks Online is separate from our services. We are able to offer a discount to our new clients for 12 months. This is the best discount you can get with Quickbooks Online. We highly recommend signing up for Essentials or Plus to start.

We pride ourselves in being very responsive to our clients important inquiries. We strive to respond within 24 hours (except over weekends and holidays or when out on vacation). If we are very busy, we will respond to let you know we've received your email and will address it shortly.
We will need access to your business bank and credit card accounts in order to efficiently complete your monthly financials. Other relevant financial documentation will be required as needed. We can discuss the options to get us access that you are most comfortable with. Having this access helps minimize us requesting information from you and to keep our fees affordable and our efficiency high.
